Lithium Battery Transport Rules for Passenger Aircraft

There's been a lot of talk recently about the new airline regulations that went into effect at the beginning of the year with respect to traveling with camera and laptop batteries, most of it wrong, so I will not link to the stories. However, Rob Galbraith offers the best, most useful advice so far:

Put your batteries in a clear ziploc bag so airport screeners won't have a reason to rifle through all of your stuff. TSA just wants an easy way to view your batteries.

It's all hype, but it's what we have to live with nowadays.
